SILL LED post-top luminaires – effective light sources for open spaces of all kinds
Compared to lighting in or on buildings, lighting technology for open spaces has its own special requirements. Without ceilings and walls, there are no components to which the luminaires can be attached or which can serve as a screen for the light generated. The solution are pole-mounted luminaires. In luminaires with their own mast, the light source is at the optimum height and position to achieve the desired illumination.
Areas of application – from outdoor areas to industrial entrances
Our multi.flood post-top luminaire is suitable for illuminating a wide variety of outdoor areas. Typical applications are, for example, traffic routes for foot or vehicle traffic in public, private or commercial areas. In addition, there are parking areas, industrial storage areas and all other outdoor areas where illumination is desired or required.
Functional lighting control for versatile applications
Our SILL LED post-top luminaires have a compact LED spotlight measuring only 340 x 340 millimetres. Despite this small size, an optical lens system enables us to achieve optimum bidirectional light control as well as a maximum luminous intensity of 16745 lumens with a power consumption of only 117 watts. This means that we are also focusing on energy-saving concepts for outdoor areas that offer lighting designers and building services engineers wide scope for action in planning, implementation and operation.
Smart City functions
– no problem for our LED mast floodlights
Nowadays, lighting outdoor areas means more than just brightening them up. Demand-controlled lighting devices minimise power consumption and light emissions, thus contributing to sustainable and environmentally friendly operation. Motion detectors and dimmers are just two building blocks for intelligent outdoor lighting control that our multi.flood luminaires incorporate.
Protection and resistance – prepared for public spaces
Luminaires in open spaces in particular are subject to heavy loads from traffic and environmental influences. In addition, there is the ever-present danger of vandalism in public spaces. Our multi.flood series therefore relies on contemporary protection in protection class IP65, which reliably protects against humidity and even direct sprinkling. Added to this is a classification in impact resistance class IK07, which ensures resistance to impact energies of up to 2 joules for the electrical housing. Our pole luminaires are thus optimally prepared for all adversities of the outdoor area.
